Adjustable Pen Mandrel MT2

This mandrel is compatible with all of the pen kits on our website.

The adjustable length allows you to lengthen or shorten it as necessary. Adjust the length with two spanners which are not included.

More user friendly than the standard mandrel.

The advantage with using this mandrel is the force is placed against the blanks with the morse taper unlike a conventional mandrel where the support is by the live centre which often means if you tighten too much the shaft can bend so you get an uneven fit to the blank and pen kit.

The mandrel easily adapts to different length projects. They include 5 slimline bushings.
