Overseas Shipping : This site lists NZ Shipping costs only. Overseas customers, please email for a quote before paying. If you proceed without doing so, an Administration charge may apply if refunded.

 PRICING All our prices include 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) for sales in New Zealand and are subject to change.

Overseas shipments are GST Exempt unless stated in the listing (for example an item may already be on special)

Direct: If you don't want to carry out your transaction online, you can phone through your card details to +64 9 297 7051 and we can process your order manually.

  CREDIT CARD

We accept Visa and Mastercard. When choosing to pay by credit card through the website the payment is processed by Pay Pal (you don’t need an account with Pay Pal to use your card). PayPal will securely handle the details of the transaction; at no time do we see your credit card details. Once the transaction is complete you will be sent back to our website and contacted by email. Over seas Pay Pal payments may incur a fee 

DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT

Use the account details below to make your deposit using your order number and name as a reference so we can easily reconcile your payment. Deposits to our account can be made by internet banking or by visiting any branch of ASB Bank.  

This site cannot calculate combined shipping continue through checkout without paying and we will come back to you with an adjusted combined rate invoice

Shipping and Returns

Due to changes in postage rates, the stated shipping is an estimate only.  Please contact us before ordering if you want an exact shipping quote.

Our website DOES NOT combine shipping- but we do! Please contact us to get an exact shipping quote for your order.

If you make a mistake in ordering we will refund in full if the goods are returned in good condition and with original Packaging .We will deduct the freight charges we paid to send the item to you . You are responsible for the cost of return 

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

Orders will be sent  Tracked Courier unless otherwise requested.
We will try our best to have your parcel couriered/mailed to you within 2-3 working days from received payment unless you are advised otherwise due to delays.
Occasionally, we may be unable to supply a product or there may be a delay on a particular order. We will contact you if any of these problems arise, as we sometimes carry limited quantities of certain stock. If we have run out of a product at the time of ordering we will back order and advise you of an approximate delivery time.

We have a no handling fee policy on orders over $100 NZ

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The delivery cost of all international orders is calculated according to the weight and size of the products you order. If you would like to know the cost of delivery before you order please contact us. This website has no way of calculating combined orders- please email for a quote

We use standard International Air postage for all international orders. 
The target delivery times are as follows: 
• Australia (Zone A) -- 3-10 days
• Rest of World -- 9-12 days

We offer a full money-back guarantee on all goods returned in saleable condition within 30 days.

All of our products carry a standard ONE-YEAR WARRANTY as laid out under The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993  (some of our products carry longer warranties)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your goods don't reach you in perfect condition, please notify us as soon as it is convenient. If the error is ours, the return postage is at our cost too, but please advise of the problem first so that we may decide how best to deal with it. We will replace or reimburse you for unsatisfactory goods.

CUSTOMS/ CLEARANCE CHARGES
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied to the purchaser or recipient once the package reaches the destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict which customers or shipments will be subject to the charges. We therefore accept no responsibility for any duties or taxes charged and we will not alter our documentation in order to defraud these agencies. Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. It's entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country.
Timberly Ltd accepts no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or another government body. Likewise, any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control.
