Epoxy Putty  GEMSTOP FCII 500 ml

GEMSTOP FC II is a solvent free 2 part fast set putty. It is formulated for stopping and filling wood, metal, concrete, fibreglass and similar substrates. It is normally tack free in 1 mm film thickness after 0.5 - 2 min cure depending on ambient temperature. It will cure at low temperatures. It is supplied in a convenient 1:1 mix ratio to be mixed with a putty knife or similar. It has been used by timber manufacturers, hobbyists, crafts, wood turners, boat builders, flooring contractors etc.

Dries grey white.

Can be coloured with  acrylic tinters.

Coffee grounds or Oxides  can also be used to replicate bark 

Mix ratio: 1:1
Pot Life: 60 seconds at 20 degrees Celsius (20 gram mix)
Coverage: 0.1 square metre/litre @ 1cm DFT(theoretical - depends on substrate)
Cure tack free: Typically 0.5 - 2 min in 1mm thickness - will vary according to temperature & amount mixed
Cure hard : Typically 30-60 min - will vary according to temperature & amount mixed. Can be sanded earlier than this
