We have many wood turners or carvers who like to make up their own configuration of the Pro-mount so we are now offering all parts separately.

I.e You may already have a Tool post from a bowl saver or Irons tool gate.

Enables a chuck  face plate or carvers plate  to be held in the best position needed for carving and texturing

The Pro Mount enables a chuck or faceplate to be held in the best position needed for carving and texturing. 
This sturdy and versatile product has two independent locking levers. The outer lever controls horizontal rotation, allowing you to turn the work through a full 360°. The inner handle controls vertical rotation through 360°. There is a great advantage in being able to adjust the work in one plane at a time. With the handles tightened, the work piece will not move and carving or decorating can commence.
A range of Spindle sizes are available to fit the most popular lathes. The turner can mount a woodturning chuck with the same thread onto the Pro-Mount. Turners can screw a freshly turned bowl directly onto the Pro-Mount for embellishment and decoration while the bowl is held in the jaws of the chuck. The Pro-Mount spindle has a hole through the centre and a 1/4" BSP thread at its base for an airline fitting. This gives the option of using a vacuum chuck as a means of work holding. If you own the Woodcut Bowlsaver, the post from it fits the Pro-Mount, offering the choice of mounting the Pro-Mount on your lathe’s banjo. 
Also available as optional is a Bench Stand with slots in the base to enable mounting to your work stand or bench and 85 mm diameter Carvers Plate with multiple holes and slots to fasten the work piece with screws is also available
